with EZ Stepper Electronics

The LT/FV technology platform is the answer to any instrument manufacturer looking for pumps that perform repetitive functions and do not want to utilize valuable serial resources. See the LT/NE page if you wish to use your own drivers and electronics.

The fully intelligent controllers are mounted directly below the stepper motor. The single 4-wire bus, containing two power wires and two communications wires links up to 16 stepper motors in a daisy chain. Commands can be issued from any serial terminal program (i.e. HyperTerminal) or from the included EZ Stepper Windows application. The commands are intuitive and simple. The communication protocol is compatible with the industry standards for syringe pumps.

The LT/EZ is designed with a bracket mount to be installed within the instrument cabinet. Since the LT/EZ requires no end-user servicing it does not need to be mounted in an user accessible area. However, panel mount configurations can be made available per request.

Depending on your application requirements for resolution and total volume, specific components are selected to optimize the pump. This includes motors, valves, syringes and lead-screws. Additionally, bore size and stoke length can be manipulated to provide a perfect fit into your system. Each of the different configurations below is an example that has been built for specific users needs.
